Allerton Cottage, Bourton-on-the-Water

With the river Windrush running through the village and many bridges crossing it, Bourton-on-the-Water is known as the Cenice of the Cotswolds. The many excellent restaurants, pubs and shops and the many attractions including Birdland, the Model Village and the Motor Museum make Bourton-on-the-Water an ideal base to explore the Cotswolds.

Allerton Cottage is a pretty period Costwolds cottage full of charm and character. It is situated on the High Street close to the Church.

Accommodation:

Hallway: With hanging space for coats and space for boots and shoes. Stairs to first floor.

Sitting/Dining Room: Through room with beamed ceiling, oak floor with rugs. Window seat. Comfortable sofa and chair around open fire. Flat screen television and radio/CD player. The dining area has a table seating six people.

Kitchen: A very well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher.

Utility Room: Fridge with freezer compartment. Washer/Dryer.

Bedroom 1: A large room with beamed ceiling and original floorboards and window seat. 5ft king size bed, dressing table and built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom: Bath with hand-held shower, basin and w.c.

Bedroom 2: Reached via steep stairs and hence may not be suitable for very young children or the elderly. A pretty room with beamed ceiling, two single beds, wardrobe and storage.

Outside: Paved area with table and chairs. Also available is a garden which is shared with three other cottages. Open sided garage with parking for one car.

Travel cot and high chair available on request at no extra cost.
