Are you an agent for holiday property owners?
No, Park Cottages owns and operates all of the properties listed on the website. We are almost unique in this respect and it means that we are in control of the quality of the accommodation. We find the locations, choose the properties, furnish them and operate them. Every luxury Cotswolds cottage in the Park Cottages portfolio represents the best holiday accommodation the Cotswolds has to offer.
Is my booking insured?
Park Cottages provides a basic cancellation cover protection scheme intended to cover the majority of genuine reasons for canceling your holiday. For details of the cover, see the ‘Cancellation Protection’ link at the bottom of the page. The cost of this cover is included in the total cost of the booking. If additional cover is required, we suggest that a more specialist insurance policy is obtained from a third party.
The website only allows me to book Saturday to Saturday but I would like a different period?
To ensure the best occupation of our cottages and to enable a smooth and efficient handover between guests, we normally specify a Saturday-to-Saturday booking requirement. If your booking is short notice and the cottage is available, the system will allow you to book your stay. However, if you have other requirements and the system will not allow you to book your preferred dates, please get in touch and we will do our very best to accommodate your requirements.
