We collect information from you when you give us your email address and if you make a provisional or confirmed booking through the site, we will also ask for your name, address, telephone number, and details of other people accompanying you on your holiday. The information that you supply to us will only be used by Park Copttages and/or the housekeeper in order to facilitate your booking and ensure that the property is ready for your occupation. Details of the names, ages and gender of the members of your party will be passed on in this way. We will NEVER pass any of your personal details onto anyone else or any other third party unless required to by law or under our registration under the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not sell or circulate email or postal addresses to any other parties. We do offer an email facility giving details of late availability and any special deals available. This is an opt-in facility and you will not be sent any promotional emails unless you request it, in which case your email address will be retained on our system. Any subsequent emails will give you the option of asking to be removed from our email database.
Credit Card Details
No Credit card details are stored or retained in any way by Park Cottages. Your payment details are processed through the Protx card payment system and no details are stored with your booking.
